Terms and Conditions v1.0 (February 4th 2025)
These are the general terms and conditions (hereinafter: “General Terms and Conditions”) of 2school.com, a platform operated by FH Education BV, with its registered office at Spaanse Burchtlaan 49, 00.01, 3000 Leuven, Belgium and company number BE1013.817.175 and trading under the name ‘2school.com’ (hereinafter: “2school.com”).
1.1 In these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms written with a capital letter must be read and interpreted in accordance with the provisions of this article. Terms in the plural also refer to the singular, and vice versa.
- Agreement The agreement that arises between 2school.com and the User with respect to the Training Programs offered by 2school.com. The General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement form an integral part of each Agreement and are enforceable against the User;
- Consumer Refers to the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to a trade, business, craft or profession.
- Content All information, data, materials and media that are made available via the Platform, the website or other (printed) works of 2school.com, including but not limited to texts, images, videos, audio files, designs, graphics, logos, documents, software, interactive elements and other forms of digital content;
- Durable data carrier Any tool – including e-mail – that enables the User to store information addressed to him personally in a way that allows future consultation or use for a period that is appropriate for the purpose for which the information is intended, and that allows unchanged reproduction of the stored information;
- Party(ies) Each party to the Agreement;
- Platform The digital platform that 2school.com uses to make its Training Programs available to Users.
- Privacy legislation Refers to the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of personal data and all Belgian implementing laws;
- Privacy policy 2school.com's privacy policy in which explanation is given about the processing of personal data by 2school.com;
- Profile The online profile that the User can create on the 2school.com website on the basis of which the User is granted certain rights and licences on the Platform.
- Right of use The limited right of access, use and display of the Platform and the Content that Users receive as a result of the purchased Training Programs in the 2school.com webshop.
- Right of withdrawal The possibility for the User to – in accordance with article VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law – withdraw from the Remote Agreement within a period of 14 days;
- Training Programs Any form of content offered on the Platform, including but not limited to courses, e-learning modules and webinars provided by 2school.com through the Agreement.
- Remote Agreement An Agreement concluded between 2school.com and the User within the framework of an organised system for the distance sale of digital content and/or services, whereby up to and including the conclusion of the Agreement, exclusive or partial use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication;
- User Any Consumer who enters into an Agreement with 2school.com. If the Agreement is entered into with a minor or if the Training Programs are given to a minor, the definition of User also includes the parent or legal representative of this minor natural person;
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from 2school.com and to every Remote Agreement concluded between 2school.com and the User. Every User is always deemed to be a Consumer.
2.3 Before the Remote Agreement is concluded, the text of these General Terms and Conditions will be made available to the User. If this is feasible, 2school.com will indicate before the Remote Agreement is concluded in what way the General Terms and Conditions can be viewed at 2school.com and that they will be sent free of charge to the User as soon as possible upon request. If the Agreement is concluded remotely or electronically, in deviation from the previous paragraph and before the Agreement is concluded remotely, the text of these General Terms and Conditions will be made available to the User electronically in such a way that the User can easily store them on a Durable data carrier. If this is not feasible, it will be indicated before the Agreement is concluded remotely where the General Terms and Conditions can be consulted electronically and that they will be sent free of charge electronically or otherwise at the request of the User.
2.4 The Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. 2school.com reserves the right to terminate the Agreement in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or other reasonable grounds. The User can terminate the Agreement at any time by deleting the Profile without the right to a refund for the Courses already purchased.
2.5 Users under the age of 18 may only use the Platform with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Payment Information must be provided by or with the explicit consent of an adult.
2.6 These Terms and Conditions also apply to Users purchasing Training Programs for business purposes, including but not limited to companies, institutions, and organizations. Business customers acknowledge that consumer protection laws (such as the right of withdrawal) may not apply to their purchases.
3.1 If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer always contains a complete and accurate description of the offered Courses. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the User to properly assess the offer. Images provided by 2school.com are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately reflect the actual course content.
3.2 2school.com reserves the right to make adjustments to the concept or specification of its Courses if this proves necessary to guarantee or improve the quality of the Course. 2school.com may at any time and without prior permission from the User, make changes to the Courses if it deems this necessary for practical, organizational and/or technical reasons.
3.3 Each course offer includes clear information about the associated rights and obligations with accepting the offer. This concerns in particular: (i) the price including taxes; (ii) the manner in which the Agreement will be concluded and the actions required for this; (iii) the method of payment; and (iv) the method of delivery or execution of the Agreement.
3.4 Unless otherwise provided in these General Terms and Conditions or in the Agreement, the Agreement will be concluded at the time that 2school.com confirms receipt of the acceptance of the offer (whether or not electronically) by the User with a summary of the ordered Courses. As long as receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by 2school.com, no Agreement has been concluded.
3.5 When ordering the Courses, the User is always requested to agree to the General Terms and Conditions of 2school.com and is asked to read the Privacy Statement, which is made available prior to the conclusion of the Agreement and can also be consulted on the 2school.com website at any time after the conclusion of the Agreement. An Agreement can only be concluded between the Parties after the User has accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
3.6 Service Availability & Delivery: 2school.com makes reasonable efforts to ensure that training programs are available for purchase, but availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Users will typically receive access within 3 working days after payment confirmation, though this timeframe is an estimate and not a binding deadline. If a training program becomes unavailable after purchase, 2school.com will notify the User and may offer an alternative program or a refund. Delays due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service providers do not constitute grounds for a refund unless explicitly stated.
4.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices shown in the webshop and on the 2school.com website include VAT. The prices at the time of the order apply.
4.2 If other (administrative) costs are charged to the User on top of the price, this will be stated as such prior to the order, together with the rates charged for this and the total amount to be paid.
5.1 Users are granted a limited right to access, use and display the Platform and the Content. The actual scope of the Right of Use varies depending on which Training Programs are purchased by the User in the webshop.
5.2 The User is required to create a Profile in order to exercise his Right of Use. The Right of Use is granted in the form of a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license. This license does not give the User the right to copy, sell, republish, redistribute, transfer or license the Platform and the Content provided to the User by 2school.com in any way whatsoever. This license applies to all types of intellectual property rights involved, as discussed in detail in “Article 10. Intellectual Property”.
5.3 When creating a Profile, the User must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. It is (and remains) the User's sole responsibility to correct or remove outdated information. Each Profile is strictly individual and personal. The Profile cannot be transferred to third parties without the express permission of 2school.com. The User is fully responsible for all actions taken with their Profile and must keep their login details and other Profile data confidential. Any breach of confidentiality must be reported to 2school.com so that the necessary measures can be taken.
5.4 2school.com does not actively monitor Profiles but reserves the right to take appropriate action if necessary. See "Article 7. Termination of the right of use" for more information about our possible actions. By registering, the User agrees that 2school.com may collect, store, and use the provided data for the operation and improvement of the Platform. You can of course trust that we value your privacy and the confidentiality of your data. You can find our extensive Privacy Statement on our website.
5.5 The Right of Use is limited to ensure compliance with our General Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, third-party rights, and generally accepted online conduct. The following actions are therefore absolutely prohibited:
- The User is prohibited from using software programs that are aimed at collecting and obtaining data, including but not limited to: spiders, crawlers, keyloggers, robots and similar software;
- The User is prohibited from performing recordings or any other form of capture on the Platform and on the content of the Platform;
- Users are not permitted to run processes or software that may reasonably cause direct or indirect harm or inconvenience to other users of the Platform.It is not permitted to gain unauthorized access to the Profiles of other users of the Platform;
- It is not permitted to use a false or third-party identity or data during registration and/or login. This also includes login via a computer that functions as an open proxy.
- Third-party rights: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants any rights to third parties, nor shall any third party have the right to enforce any provision of this agreement. The contract is exclusively between 2school.com and the User, and no third party can claim or enforce any rights under it.
5.6 When using the Platform, Users agree to adhere to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access:
- Respectful Communication: Users must not use obscene, vulgar, or offensive language.
- No Unlawful Content: Users must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory.
- No Violence or Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, racism, sexism, or other forms of hate speech is strictly prohibited.
- Impersonation Prohibited: Users must not impersonate others, particularly employees or representatives of 2school.com.
- No Spam or Unsolicited Messaging: Users must not use the Platform for mass communication, such as spam or junk mail.
- English Language Preferred: While we welcome users from all backgrounds, support and moderation will primarily be provided in English.
- Monitoring & Moderation: 2school.com reserves the right to monitor user communications and remove any content that violates these guidelines.
5.7 User accounts and security.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account details.
- Users must notify 2school.com immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
- Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account, whether or not they personally authorized them.
- If 2school.com determines that an account has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate access.
- Users should avoid saving login credentials on shared or public computers and should use strong, unique passwords.
6.1 Users may download files via the Platform. They are responsible for ensuring their own cybersecurity, including using up-to-date antivirus software. 2school.com is not liable for any damage resulting from these downloads or the further use of the data obtained.
6.2 The Content may contain links, hyperlinks or framed links to external websites or other electronic portals. The presence of a link does not indicate any affiliation between 2school.com and the external website, nor does it imply endorsement of its content. 2school.com does not control these external websites and is not responsible for the security, correct functioning of the links, or the content of the final destinations.
6.3 In principle, the User is free to place a link, framed link or hyperlink to the Platform or the website of 2school.com, but 2school.com reserves the right to request the removal of the link at any time, without having to give a reason for this.
7.1 The User can terminate their Right of Use at any time by deleting their Profile, without prior notice. Such termination does not automatically entail the removal of the underlying data of the Profile. More information about this can be found in our Privacy Statement.
7.2 2school.com reserves the right to take all reasonable and appropriate measures, including but not limited to suspension or termination of the Right of Use, if the User violates these General Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, third-party rights, or generally accepted internet conduct standards.
8.1 If you have a complaint about our Platform or our Training Courses, you can submit it via e-mail at . Please describe your complaint in as much detail as possible. We will aim to provide you with a response as soon as possible.

9.1 In accordance with Article VI.53,13° of the Code of Economic Law, the User does not have a Right of Withdrawal for the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a tangible medium, provided that the performance of the agreement has begun with the prior express consent of the User and the User acknowledges that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
9.2 By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User expressly consents to the immediate fulfillment of the Agreement after the processing of the payment and receipt of the confirmation of the ordered Courses. The User hereby acknowledges that he loses his right of withdrawal as soon as the fulfillment of the Agreement has begun.
10.1 All Content is protected by copyright and (intellectual) property rights. All intellectual property rights and derived rights are and remain the exclusive property of 2school.com.
10.2 Each User is granted a limited, personal Right of Use. This Right of Use is non-exclusive, non-transferable and is exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. The User is not permitted to reproduce the Courses or the Content, to make them public in any form, or to make them available to third parties, in any form whatsoever, without the prior written consent of 2school.com.
10.3 In the event of any breach by the User of the provisions of this article 10, 2school.com reserves the right to claim compensation from the User for the actual damage incurred, including legal costs and any other costs resulting from the breach.
10.4 Unless otherwise indicated, all intellectual property rights in third-party content, including but not limited to product images, trademarks, and course materials, belong to their respective owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse such content without express written permission from the relevant owner.

- 10.3 In the event of any breach by the User of the provisions of this article 10, 2school.com reserves the right to claim compensation from the User for the actual damage incurred, including legal costs and any other costs resulting from the breach.
- 10.4 Unless otherwise indicated, all intellectual property rights in third-party content, including but not limited to product images, trademarks, and course materials, belong to their respective owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse such content without express written permission from the relevant owner.
11.1 All obligations entered into by 2school.com under the Agreement are solely obligations of means. The User acknowledges and accepts that the 2school.com Courses are provided as they are, without additional guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the Content. Neither 2school.com nor those who provide support for the preparation of the Content can be held liable for inaccuracies or defects in the Content.
11.2 2school.com can in no way be held liable for the Content provided or the use of the Courses and the possible consequences or damage that could result from it.
11.3 2school.com's liability is in any case limited to the amount for which it is insured and can never be higher than the amount paid by the User to 2school.com under the Agreement.
11.4 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2school.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform or the purchase of training programs, even if 2school.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall 2school.com’s liability exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant training program or service.
11.5 2school.com makes no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements, be free of errors, or be fit for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, nor do we make any claims about specific results from using the Website or Services. No content on the Website should be relied upon as professional advice.
12.1 2school.com processes personal data of the User as necessary for its operations and acts as the data controller. Every User and every person who has created a Profile expressly acknowledges having taken note of the Privacy Policy. Use of the Website is also governed by 2school.com's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by this reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For further details on how we handle your personal data, please read our Privacy Policy available at [insert link].
12.2 The personal data provided shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Statement and applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR.
13.1 The nullity, invalidity and/or unenforceability of a provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall in no way affect the validity and/or enforceability of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions. The provision in question shall be replaced by a valid provision, whereby the purpose and scope of the null and void or annulled provision shall be pursued as much as possible.
13.2 2school.com shall have the right to transfer the Agreement in whole or in part to an affiliated company or to a third party in the event of a merger, acquisition or any other disposition of all or a substantial part of its assets or business.
13.3 If 2school.com or the User does not strictly enforce one or more provisions of these Terms, it does not constitute a waiver of their rights and does not prevent them from enforcing those provisions later.
13.4 The User agrees that electronic records and communications shall be considered valid evidence. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of any data they provide. The final confirmation of the order by the User is considered as acceptance of the order at the stated price. The User's confirmation is considered a legally binding signature and explicit acceptance of all transactions made through the website.
13.5 In the event of disputes between 2school.com and the User, Belgian law shall exclusively govern, and jurisdiction shall lie with the competent Belgian courts.
13.6 2school.com reserves the right to modify or update the Website and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after any changes are posted, Users are deemed to have accepted those changes. If we are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions by law, such changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to future orders.
